The quiet ones do the work in between: a sage crosshatch, a lavender texture flecked with tiny white dots, an apricot linen look weave, and two near solids in ivory and warm sand. If a whole quilt is not what your week looks like, a table runner or a set of placemats uses these beautifully and finishes fast, and a single pieced pillow cover is a Saturday.
