Full refund if you don’t receive your order

You will get a full refund if your order does not arrive within 60 days.

How it works:

If you can prove that you did not receive your order within the stated delivery time, you will get a full refund.

Full refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by natural disaster)
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

60 Day Money Back Guarantee

  1. In the unlikely situation that your product is faulty, you can send it back for a refund within 60 days after the date of purchase. 
  2. If the product works (but you do not wish to retain it) you can also send it back within a 60 day period after the date of purchase for a refund. 

How to request warranty (return, repair, and refund)

Only faulty items can be returned under warranty. If your item has an issue, please submit a ticket to our Support Center Please follow the warranty process:
  1. Please describe the problem with your item in details(what happened and when?) stating your order number and product code ( SKU number).
  2. Please tell us what steps you have already taken to solve the issue.
  3. Please give us the item code indicated on the outer package.
  4. Please send us clear picture or video of the defects in good lighting.
PS: Ideally, the photos/videos should be clear and focused, under good lighting conditions, and taken at close and medium distance. We will do our best to help you.

The product is not faulty, can I return it?

We will either offer a partial refund if you keep the item or ask you to return the product back to us for a partial refund or exchange. Shipping fees will be covered by you for shipping both ways. Please contact us within 60 days after purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gasses. Additional non-returnable items:
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  1. Submit a ticket to our Support Center
  2. Send message requesting RMA for specific product, include order number and email used in original purchase.
  3. Within 48 hours you will receive an RMA #
  4. Once Merchandise has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued.
P.S.: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) * Book with obvious signs of use * CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened. * Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. * Any item that is returned more than 60 days after purchase

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping costs are not refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by using our contact form.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


Shipping costs are not refundable. This means the value you paid for us to ship your order will be deducted from the refund.

You will be responsible for any costs associated with the return of your items. This means we will not refund the shipping costs for returning your item to us.

Once Merchandise has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
