In stock (13 units available). Out of stock

Forty precut 2.5 inch strips of Northcott Colorworks Premium Solid in Eggshell Natural, about 2.75 yards of 100% cotton in one roll.

Why a solid strip roll

Cutting 40 strips by width of fabric from yardage takes a while and a lot of careful ruler work. These are already cut to 2.5 inches, so you can go straight to sashing, borders, binding or a jelly roll quilt pattern. Eggshell Natural is a soft off-white, a gentler background than bright white for warm or vintage prints.

Good to know

Every strip in this roll is the same Eggshell Natural solid. It is not an assorted roll, so pair it with a print strip roll or a charm pack if you want variety.

Features & Benefits

  • 40 precut 2.5" strips so that you skip the cutting and start sewing.
  • One solid color throughout so that sashing and borders match from strip to strip.
  • Northcott Colorworks Premium Solids so that it matches our Colorworks Eggshell Natural charm pack.
  • 100% cotton so that it sews and presses like the rest of your quilting cotton.

Great For

  • Sashing and borders
  • Binding
  • Jelly roll quilt patterns
  • Background strips in strip-pieced blocks

  • Brenda Pitzer Core

I have been working on the quilt off and on for a couple of days and I love it. All the pieces are precision cut and line up so nicely. It great to work on the quilt and listen to music and not have to think about a difficult pattern.

I only buy my blades from The Fabric Hut. I learned a long time ago, cheaper blades don’t last.

  • Alma Croix

I love these blades last a lot longer than any blades I have used in the past, I’ve ben quilting for over 20 years

  • Barbara Pursell

I have to say that these blades are very sharp and cut thru many many layers of fabric as advertised. I will buy again ! Thank you for making quilting just a little easier!

  • Janet M

Great quality of fabric, colors are so vibrant. Instructions are clear and precise. I would purchase again from this company.

  • Leslie

I like the titanium coated rotary blades. It feels like the fabric cuts much easier. The cuts are very sharp without any threads remaining. I brought them on sale and will continue to watch for these to be on sale.
