What is in it

A classic two-tone check on a white ground. The check is the same in every piece, only the color changes:

Why ginghams

A gingham is the print that lets everything around it breathe. It reads as texture more than pattern, so it works as a background, a sashing, a binding, or the calm square between two busy ones. With ten colors you can match a gingham to almost any fabric in your stash.

They come from the same collection as the Urban Liberty florals, and our Floral Precut Bundle has those ten florals as fat quarters.

The honest catch: the checks share one size and all ten sit on white, so a quilt made only of these can look flat. Mix in a floral or a darker solid and they come alive.

What ten fat quarters will cut

Each 18'' x 21'' piece cuts twelve 5'' squares, two 10'' squares, or seven 2 1/2'' x 21'' strips. Across the bundle that is 120 five inch squares, 20 ten inch squares, or 70 strips, before you mix and match.

Good to know

Ten fat quarters make a baby quilt top, a table runner and placemats, a stack of pillow fronts, or the blenders in a larger quilt. They are not enough for a bed quilt on their own, and backing is not included. The same ginghams also come as 5'' square precuts and 10'' squares, mixed with the florals.
