Some projects are too thick to pin. Layered leather bends straight pins and leaves holes you can never close. Cosplay foam tears around a pin, glue gets messy, and clips can mark the surface or snap under the strain. SewTites Ultras are magnetic sewing pins made for exactly that kind of work.

How they work

Slide the two halves of the Ultra apart, line up the pieces you want to join, and snap the Ultra back together over the edge. The magnets hold the layers through the stack, nothing pierces the material, and you sew. When you get to it, slide the halves apart again and it comes off without dragging the layers you just lined up.

Ultras or HDs?

If the SewTites HDs already hold your project, keep using them. Ultras are for the jobs where the HDs are not quite strong enough: several layers of leather, cosplay foam, bag panels backed with Soft 'n Stable® and other heavy stabilizers, or any very thick material.
