Rotary Cutter Blades for Quilting, Titanium Coated, 28mm 45mm and 60mm

You already own a good rotary cutter. That is not the problem.

The problem is the blade that came in the box. The biggest names in rotary cutters do not put their best steel on the blade they ship you, and they have no reason to. The cutter is sold once. The blades are what you come back and buy again, and again, at a price that has very little to do with what they cost to make.

We got tired of paying it. We were quilters buying our own blades at those prices, watching an edge go dull halfway through a project, and reaching for the wallet again. So we stopped buying them and started making our own.

Every blade is titanium coated SKS-7 tungsten steel. The coating is harder than the steel underneath and it cuts friction at the edge, so the edge keeps its shape long after an uncoated blade has rounded off. That is why these blades last far longer than regular blades. It is not a slogan. It is what the coating does.

And you feel it on the very first pass. A sharp edge does the work so your hands do not have to. No pressing harder. No running the cutter back over the same line to catch the threads it skipped.

Lea Louise cutting eight layers of fabric with one of our blades. Watch the pass, then watch the edges it leaves behind. No sawing back and forth. No threads left hanging.

They drop straight into the cutter you already own, in 28mm, 45mm and 60mm.

• Titanium coated SKS-7 tungsten steel. A harder cutting edge that resists corrosion and holds its shape through project after project.
• Less pressure on your hands. The edge does the cutting, so your grip does not have to. Nothing tires a quilter faster than forcing a dull blade.
• Cuts through multiple layers in one pass. Eight layers in the video above, and you can watch the edge it leaves behind.
• Three sizes for the cutter you already own. 28mm, 45mm and 60mm, in packs of 1, 5 or 10.
• A fraction of what the big brands charge. Built to outlast the blade you are replacing, priced nowhere near it.
• 60 day satisfaction guarantee. Cut with them for two months. If you find a blade that beats ours, tell us and we refund you in full. Keep the blades.
