Floral Patchwork is rated Beginner and Stars at Sea and Wild Reflections Confident Beginner, so start with Floral Patchwork and come to the others with a finished quilt behind you.

Stars at Sea finishes at 60" x 72", Floral Patchwork finishes at 64" x 72" and Wild Reflections finishes at 60" x 70". All three are throw size, right for the back of the couch, a decorative layer on a bed or a wall hanging.
